Star Citizen: Releasing 2016?

For those of you that have been living Beta under a rock for the past few years, Chris Roberts, legendary game designer of the Wing Commander series from former company, Origin, has been working on his latest project, Star Citizen, for the past few years. Star Citizen is an ambitious game, designed Physiotherapie for future technology cheap NBA jerseys in mind, as the game is wholesale NBA jerseys very hardware taxing, and for good reason. With promises of no loading screens for transitions from orbit to planetary landings,  a テストRSS full FPS gameplay on top of space battles, this game is going to be huge.

However, with all of that being said, with the current gameplay on the Alpha build it doesn’t look like this game is going to be running smoothly by the end of the year, which is the target date that Robert Space Industries Forellenhof has tried to target. Extreme choppiness, low frame rates (Even for Titan users), and bugs are plaguing the Alpha (which is to be expected, it’s an Alpha after all), so it would completely surprise me if Process the 2016 release date was hit.

The universe is also supposed to be hand crafted, which is something else that separates this game from it’s competitors, and so far in the Alpha, we’ve seen only a single planet, and an asteroid belt among some wholesale MLB jerseys space stations. While this doesn’t mean that RSI hasn’t created the content yet, it means that it hasn’t been tested yet on the Alpha build. Speaking of builds, generally speaking Alpha builds usually last a year, then things move on to closed Betas, then Open Betas. There’s been no talks of a Beta, which usually comes 3-4 months before release.

Are the masses willing to wait for Star Citizen? You better believe we are. It is my opinion that a game this ambitious is going to be huge, and I’d rather have quality content than some quickly thrown together crap like most HAt other games have done when they aren’t even close to their release dates. This is another large benefit in favor of RSI, that they are self publishing, thanks to the 100+ million dollars they have received from the Kickstarter campaign they started a few years ago.

All in all, don’t hold your breath for a 2016 release date. It’s not going to happen, and truth be told, we are ok with that.
